This is the Normal Speed Dry Laminating Machine.

FEATURES:

Used to make lamination from OPP, PE, CPP, PVC, PP, PET, ALUMINIUM, PAPER,etc
Air inflation shaft used for unwind and rewind
EPE and LPE used for unwind 1 and unwind 2
Two-stations for unwind 1 and unwind 2
Magnetic powder brake tension for unwind 1,unwind 2 and rewind.
Glue doctor blade and anilox roll to keep quantificational glue coating.The pressure of glue doctor blade is adjusted by pneumatic cylinders and moved transversally by use of independent motor. .
Glue pressure roller and laminating pressure roller are controlled by pneumatic cylinders to adjust the pressure.
Lamanation roller is heated by inner heating system and oil transfers the hot to the surface of rolAMINATION
Independent motor for glue coating unit and controlled by inverter.
Rewind is driven by torque motor.
7.5 Meter long drying oven consists of three zones. Drying oven has banana guide rollers and made from stainless steel.
Auto.Temperature controlling for each zone.Blowerused to convey the hot air to the dryin oven and the hot air recycles inside the drying oven. At the air inlet,air sucker included to get rid of waste air.
